About The Position
Lunds & Byerlys Catering is currently hiring for a vibrant and outgoing Full-time Food Service Cook to create a sensational shopping experience for our customers! This position works a full-time schedule and earns a competitive wage of $20.50-$26.25/hr. We operate 7 days/week and are open from 6:00am-10:00pm. For this position the employee would be scheduled a range of shifts between 8:00am-6:00pm.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one (1) years cooking experience in catering, restaurants, or other food service
- Ability to obtain Food Safety Certification
- Communication skills and the ability to follow instructions

Responsibilities
- Preparing food for catering ordering including: Chopping, slicing, and dicing ingredients
- Making sauces and dressings from scratch
- Cooking hot food using equipment like an oven, fryer, steamer, and stove top
- Assembling platters as needed and loading dishes into hot bags for the delivery team
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the work area
