Requirements

Basic knowledge of kitchen terminology
2+ years kitchen experience
Neat and professional appearance
Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsible approaches to work

Ability to finish tasks quickly and efficiently
Willingness to make mistakes and learn from them

Responsibilities

Prepare dishes and meals in a scratch kitchen by washing, chopping, cutting, weighing, mixing ingredients, and garnishing finished dishes.
Clean, set up, and break down kitchen equipment, appliances, and work areas.
Cover, label, and date all food products, and follow all food safety rules for proper storage.
Plate food and work action stations (carving, sandwiches, etc.) at occasional off-site events.
Wash pots, pans, dishes, utensils, and other cooking equipment.
Work in accordance with food safety and safety guidelines.
