About The Position

Solé Miami is a recently renovated, full-service hotel featuring 222 guestrooms and condos. We are excited to welcome a new Catering & Conference Services Manager to our Sunny Isles staff. This role involves selling approximately 60% of the time, with a primary sales focus on cultivating and developing the social, wedding, and corporate markets with an annual quota of $750K. The remaining 40% is dedicated to servicing catering groups and administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar size hotel (200+ rooms).
• Full-service hotel experience.
• Preferably experience in an upscale independent hotel.
• Dependable, organized, and possess a positive, can-do mindset.
• Ability to be counted on when things don’t go as planned.

Responsibilities

• Sell catering services for social, wedding, and corporate markets with an annual quota of $750K.
• Service catering groups.
• Perform administrative tasks related to catering and conference services.
