This role involves receiving liquor, beer, and wine from the storeroom daily and replenishing these items at the bar throughout the shift. The position also includes retrieving food and beverage items from the kitchen and storerooms, setting up bar bottles, ensuring beer taps are functional, stocking bar snacks and napkins, assisting with opening and closing duties, bussing tables in the bar area, maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of bar areas, removing rubbish, and preparing/serving beverages as needed to assist the bartender.
