About The Position

Dartcor is a leading provider of superior corporate dining services and catering across NY, CT, and NJ. We specialize in creating exceptional corporate dining experiences through our cafes, coffee bars, and office pantries, ensuring convenience, quality, and creativity for our clients. We are currently seeking a Catering Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently to maintain the cleanliness and organization of office spaces, as well as assist with catering operations.

Requirements

  • Prior restaurant, hospitality, or catering experience is preferred, with a focus on customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Must be able to work clean and efficiently, maintaining a high level of organization, especially in a busy NYC office building environment.
  • Must be trustworthy and able to work independently, as you will be required to manage tasks without supervision once the manager leaves.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a keen attention to detail, ensuring all office spaces and catering setups meet quality standards.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment, managing the physical aspects of catering setups and breakdowns.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and coworkers.
  • Ability to assist with after-hours cocktail events and additional tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Restock, organize, and maintain cleanliness in office pantries, ensuring that all supplies are fresh and readily available for employees.
  • Ensure conference rooms are stocked with necessary supplies, clean, and prepared for meetings. Maintain the cleanliness of these spaces throughout the day.
  • Work closely with the onsite manager to execute weekly catering services, including setting up and breaking down food and beverage stations for office events.
  • Assist with after-hours cocktail events, ensuring the setup, service, and breakdown of event spaces and food stations are handled smoothly and efficiently.
  • After the manager leaves, you will continue working on your own to ensure office spaces remain stocked and clean, and that all tasks are completed to the highest standard.
  • Provide exceptional service and support to employees and event guests, ensuring a positive experience during catered events and meetings.
  • Work with the onsite manager and the wider team to ensure seamless execution of catering services and office pantry operations.
