About The Position

Levy is seeking a Catering Attendant to deliver and serve food at scheduled functions under the supervision of the catering supervisor. This role ensures the accurate execution of all events during the shift. Responsibilities include setting up and serving at functions, cleaning the event area during and after events, breaking down the setup, leaving the area neat and clean, and returning leftover food and equipment to the catering facility in a timely manner. Levy is a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across 200 plus Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues across the country.

Requirements

  • Must be able to assemble and deliver food and supplies.
  • Must be able to log and maintain food temperatures.
  • Must be able to arrange tables and decorations.
  • Must be able to arrange buffet tables with food, beverage and service items according to standards.
  • Must be able to serve food and beverages to guests.
  • Must be able to thoroughly clean location after event is completed.
  • Must be able to return food and beverages, serving equipment and utensils to catering facility.
  • Must be able to distribute and collect customer comment cards for catered functions.
  • Must be able to stock, clean and maintain catering facility and equipment.
  • Must ensure guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.
  • Must maintain in-depth knowledge of complete menu and products on hand.
  • Must maintain clean and safe work environment.
  • Must follow safety and sanitation policy and procedures at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Performs other duties as assigned.
