About The Position

This is a part-time, flexible schedule role in Los Angeles, serving four Nothing Bundt Cakes locations. The position focuses on building relationships and generating recurring orders through in-person outreach and sample deliveries to local businesses, schools, government agencies, and community organizations. It is a hands-on sales role that emphasizes face-to-face interaction, relationship building, and representing a product that brings joy.

Requirements

Proven outside sales or community relationship experience
Reliable transportation and willingness to be on the move daily
Comfort carrying samples and walking into offices and organizations
Strong communication and follow-up habits
A warm, professional presence that builds trust quickly
Experienced outside sales person who is comfortable initiating relationships from scratch
Can walk into an office cold and leave with smiles, contacts, and momentum
Self-directed and organized: you do not need constant supervision to perform
Excited by relationship-based selling and long-term accounts
Energized by being out in the world, meeting people, and being known locally
Proud to represent something that genuinely improves someone’s day

Responsibilities

Prospect in the field: identify and visit target organizations within assigned areas
Deliver “Bites of Joy” samples to spark conversations and create immediate goodwill
Collect orders for future delivery (individual and office orders)
Set up recurring programs (monthly Bundtini/Bundtlet drops, celebration calendars, standing orders)
Develop strategic partnerships (HR managers, office admins, principals, executive assistants, community leaders)
Identify big moments: holidays, client gifts, employee appreciation, onboarding, seasonal celebrations
Track relationships and follow-up: consistent touchpoints that turn first orders into habitual ones
Represent the brand in the community with warmth, professionalism, and integrity
