The Catering & Event Sales Manager for Orange County is a results-driven, client-focused professional responsible for driving revenue growth and delivering extraordinary hospitality experiences throughout Southern California. This role blends business development, client relationship management, and creative event strategy to bring the 24 Carrots brand to life through unforgettable events. Requirements

  • Strong background in catering and event sales with a clear understanding of the full event lifecycle.
  • Proven sales ability with experience developing and managing strategic accounts.
  • Demonstrated experience driving revenue through proactive outreach, lead management, and client upselling.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, planners, and venue partners.
  • Confident communicator who represents the company professionally across email, phone, and in person.
  • Skilled in creating proposals, reviewing contracts, and guiding clients through informed decision making.
  • Comfortable leading tastings, venue walkthroughs, and onsite client meetings with confidence and clarity.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and client retention abilities.
  • Highly organized approach to managing client files, timelines, and internal communication.
  • Proactive problem solver who anticipates needs and supports smooth event execution.
  • Strong attention to detail with reliable follow-through from initial inquiry through event handoff.
  • Expertise in pipeline management, sales KPIs, and CRM systems.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and share best practices.
  • Experience planning, managing, and executing large-scale events with precision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in public speaking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM platforms, and catering/event management software.
  • 5–7 years of experience in the hospitality industry with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Current California Food Handler’s card and valid driver’s license required.
  • Local travel required.
