Based in Southern California, the Catering & Event Producer plays a key role in planning and producing luxury weddings, corporate events, social celebrations, and experiential gatherings while partnering closely with clients, vendors, culinary, service, and operations teams to ensure flawless execution.

California Food Handler Card required

Nice To Haves

2+ years of experience in catering, hospitality, event coordination, sales, or related fields
Experience with CRM systems, event management platforms, and Microsoft/Google applications
Knowledge of luxury hospitality and event production environments preferred

Responsibilities

Lead the planning and production process for catered events from post-contract handoff through event completion
Build strong client relationships while delivering a highly personalized and hospitable experience
Translate client vision into thoughtful event details, layouts, timelines, and execution plans
Coordinate vendors, tastings, BEOs, event logistics, and production details with accuracy and care
Oversee onsite event execution and serve as a key point of contact for clients and vendors
Collaborate cross-functionally with culinary, service, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless experiences
Support revenue growth and client retention through exceptional hospitality and attention to detail
