About The Position

At Hudl, we build great teams and foster a culture where everyone feels supported. We are looking for an Event Producer to join our events team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role will coordinate and execute both industry and Hudl-hosted events across various markets, working closely with the team to build impactful strategies and implement processes that support company initiatives. Hudl's products help teams from all over the world see their game differently by making it easier for coaches and athletes at any level to capture video, analyze data, share highlights, and more.

Requirements

Three or more years of experience managing multiple long-term marketing events or projects at a time.
Extremely organized and skilled at keeping track of processes, documentation, timelines and event results.
Ability to effectively share directions and ideas verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients alike.
Thrives when taking ownership of projects and can find creative solutions with little to no oversight.

Nice To Haves

Experience with virtual event streaming technology and platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana and Google Drive.
Comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time for events, site visits and training.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, owning the full event lifecycle from setting objectives and timelines to managing vendors, logistics, onsite coordination, and post-event reporting.
Drive team performance and operational excellence by building scalable processes, templates, and workflows that raise the bar for how the team plans and executes events, and modeling high standards for other team members.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships by cultivating strong partnerships with external vendors and internal stakeholders across business units to support seamless planning and execution at every stage.
Champion the attendee experience by continuously ideating and testing new activations and promotional strategies with the target audience at the center of every decision.
