About The Position

Hudl is seeking an Event Producer to join their events team in Lincoln, Nebraska. This role involves coordinating and executing both industry and Hudl-hosted events across various markets. The Event Producer will work closely with the team to develop impactful strategies and implement processes that support company initiatives. The position requires three days in the office per week, and candidates should live within commuting distance of the Lincoln, Nebraska headquarters.

Requirements

Three or more years of experience managing multiple long-term marketing events or projects at a time.
Extremely organized and skilled at keeping track of processes, documentation, timelines and event results.
Ability to effectively share directions and ideas verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients alike.
Autonomous problem-solver who thrives when taking ownership of projects and can find creative solutions with little to no oversight.

Nice To Haves

Experience with virtual event streaming technology and platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Asana and Google Drive.
Comfortable traveling up to 30% of the time for events, site visits and training.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end event planning and execution.
Own the full event lifecycle — from setting objectives and timelines to managing vendors, logistics, onsite coordination, and post-event reporting.
Drive team performance and operational excellence by building scalable processes, templates, and workflows.
Develop and maintain strategic relationships with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
Champion the attendee experience by ideating and testing new activations and promotional strategies.
