This Account Lead supports the catering operations team by coordinating daily services on-site, acting as a key liaison between Sifted and our client, and performing crucial administrative tasks under the direction of the Executive Chef. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, directing on-site service, creating and printing daily menus, auditing host logs, and owning daily menu editing and display. This position requires approximately 35-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 3:00pm. Flexibility in hours is required to accommodate early morning tasks and urgent requests.
