About The Position

Buddy's Custom Catering is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Catering Staff to join our relaxed and fun team. This position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. We welcome applicants of all experience levels to apply.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Attention to detail
• Motivated to take initiative
• Good communication and organization
• Excellent self-awareness and time management
• Friendly and positive attitude
• May be required to work nights and weekends
• Must have valid TN driver's license with a clean driving record
• May be required to obtain security clearance for some catering jobs (we will assist with that)
• The person in this position must be above the age of 21 due to equipment used.

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of food safety practices is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist Lead Caterers with food preparation and presentation for indoor and outdoor events.
• Perform cleaning and maintenance duties in the kitchen and event areas.
• Work independently or collaboratively as part of a team, depending on event requirements.
• Ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene are maintained at all times.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests during events.
