A Caterer is in charge of preparing, delivering, and serving bulk meal orders to clients based on their menu selection and event type. As a Caterer you may be required to coordinate meal delivery, manage food preparation timelines, set up equipment to serve food and preserve temperature, and serve the food to the guests. Some of the Caterers responsibilities include: Setting up tables and food service areas with chairs, linens, and dishes. Serving food to guests at an even which could be both a buffet style or sit down meal. Cleaning up and tearing down the dining area by removing all tableware, linens, garbage, and furniture. May be asked to travel anywhere in the State of Indiana
