About The Position

Santikos is looking for Caterers (Line Cooks) to provide our guests with exceptional service through outstanding meal preparation at our Galaxy location. This role involves preparing product according to recipes, maintaining consistency, operating kitchen equipment, keeping the work area clean and sanitized, and ensuring the kitchen is adequately prepped for service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting preferred
• Be friendly and outgoing
• Flexibility with scheduling able to work holidays, nights, and weekends
• Great can-do attitude and willingness to work
• Ability to work in and collaborate with a team
• Dependable with attendance

Responsibilities

• Prepare product in accordance with the recipes provided.
• Maintain consistency with all product served.
• Operate the grill, fryer, or ovens as needed.
• Keep work area clean and sanitized.
• Ensure the kitchen area is adequately prepped for each days/nights service.
