Category Growth Manager, Women's Hormones

AgelessRx
•$130,000 - $150,000

About The Position

AgelessRx is seeking a Category Growth Manager to own the strategy, growth, and commercial performance of its Women’s Hormones category. This cross-functional role requires developing a detailed understanding of the customer, market, competitive landscape, category economics, and end-to-end patient journey, then translating insights into measurable growth. The role combines commercial judgment, customer research, analytical rigor, product thinking, and hands-on execution. The category owner will create structure in an evolving environment, move quickly from insight to action, and coordinate teams to improve and expand the category. The manager owns category strategy and performance, including goals, priorities, metrics, and growth plans. They evaluate opportunities in pricing, packaging, offers, positioning, customer segments, and the category business model; build business cases; and recommend where to invest, test, expand, or change direction. They develop ongoing customer and market insight through interviews, user testing, surveys, behavioral data, and other research, while monitoring competitors and identifying unmet needs and market gaps. The role also owns the category experience across discovery, education, conversion, onboarding, treatment, engagement, and retention. In partnership with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations, the manager identifies friction, prioritizes improvements, and explores new treatments, services, bundles, cross-sell opportunities, and adjacent offerings. They lead go-to-market strategy for new offerings, partnering with Growth, Brand, Lifecycle, Content, Creative, Product, Clinical, and Compliance teams on audiences, positioning, messaging, channels, launches, and success measures. They develop and analyze experiments across the customer and growth funnel, using results to guide decisions while maintaining sustainable, economically sound growth.
