Requirements

  • 1+ years in Category Management experience desired
  • University Degree/College Diploma or relevant experience
  • Working knowledge in NielsenIQ Panel data and retail measurement services.
  • Demonstrated ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Understanding of storytelling principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, multitasking ability, and aptitude for presenting complex insights to internal teams effectively.
  • Innovative and creative thinker, capable of generating fresh ideas and approaches.
  • Team-oriented with excellent collaboration skills.
  • Proactive self-starter with a drive for excellence.
  • Outstanding communication skills combined with a self-motivated approach.
  • Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

  • Translate and synthesize sales trends into insights by mining various data sources like NielsenIQ POS and Panel data, to support category growth and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams developing retailer specific stories by leveraging category insights and fact-based opportunities.
  • Conduct on-demand analysis using diverse data platforms to support sales and cross-functional teams.
  • Contribute to the development of sales presentations for customer meetings and internal learning materials.
  • Develop reports and presentations to convey findings and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Assist in crafting gold standards for Merchandising, Assortment, and Shelving within the category.
