About The Position

Sephora’s 10-week internship program provides early-career professionals with hands-on learning, networking, and projects that directly impact the business. Interns also take part in weekly virtual workshops, networking opportunities, and career panels. The program runs from June 14 through August 20, 2027. The position is remote, with interns on hybrid teams expected to work onsite on their team’s designated days. Relocation and housing assistance are not provided, and candidates are responsible for meeting the role’s work-location requirements. Participation in the FSC shutdown week around July 4 is optional; interns receive holiday pay for the observed Independence Day holiday. The Category and Brand Operations Summer Intern supports organizational initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize categories and brand programs affected by Sephora’s brand partners. Reporting to the Brand Operations Manager, the intern contributes to multiple categories and programs and to the future strategy of in-store category and brand education.
