Our heart beats for talents - be one of them! To strengthen our Team in Puerto Rico at our Guaynabo Site, we are looking for a Catcher for our Folding and Gluing Department. We are seeking for a dynamic and responsible Catcher who will ensure the proper removal, inspection, and correct stacking of finished products (folding cartons) coming out of the gluing machine, in compliance with the company’s established quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

Requirements

High School Diploma
2-3 years of experience in a comparable position
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Quality-focused mindset

Nice To Haves

Experience in a fast-pacing environment
Experience in carton or printing industries

Responsibilities

Collect cartons at the exit of the gluing machine, ensuring they are properly glued and free of visible defects.
Verify that the cartons do not show gluing errors, marks, dirt, or physical damage.
Stack cartons in an orderly and accurate manner according to the established pattern, respecting the quantity per bundle or pack.
Apply straps, labels, or perform bagging if required before the final packaging process.
Assist the machine operator during job changes, cleaning, or minor adjustments.
