Machine Operator (Folding)

About The Position
Position will be responsible for setting up, troubleshooting and running our folding and other bindery machine equipment. Set up and operate mailing equipment Machinery on our production floor Pitney Bowes Flowmaster, Bell & Howell (B&H) Swing Arm Inserter, MBO folders, Challenge 30 cutter, various inkjet and bindery equipment as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 -3 year previous Inkjet or Inserter experience
- Knowledge of USPS postal regulations
- Good verbal and written skills
- Willingness to work in a team like environment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to learn new machinery as needed
Responsibilities
- Read and follow directions on job ticket
- Inspect samples for defects
- Troubleshooting any issues that may arise
- Stack mail according to postal regulations
- Perform minor maintenance to equipment as needed
