About The Position

We’re looking for a Catalog Operations Specialist to support active merchants by resolving catalog issues and improving overall accuracy across a grocery platform. This role involves resolving end-to-end catalog issues for active merchants, including pricing discrepancies, missing or incorrect items, compliance concerns, and launch blockers. The specialist will triage and resolve high-impact issues in real time to minimize disruption to merchant operations and customer experience. Collaboration with Catalog, Engineering, and other partner teams is key to driving fixes and identifying root causes to prevent recurring issues. Building expertise in grocery taxonomy, catalog systems, and operational workflows will help scale solutions and improve catalog accuracy. The role requires owning issues from intake through resolution, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-through.

Requirements

• A self-sufficient, motivated individual who thrives as an independent contributor in a remote environment.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, especially with formulas and large datasets.
• A project-oriented mindset with the ability to manage tasks from start to finish.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
