Flex is hiring a Director, Strategic Partnerships (New Verticals) to lead and expand a critical function focused on successfully launching new enterprise partnerships, managing them as strategic accounts, and driving adoption and revenue growth. This role combines strategic problem-solving with deep relationship management, taking newly signed deals from contract close to first transaction and then building them into durable, growing revenue streams. The Director will be the sole owner of partner success and commercial performance for high-stakes new vertical deals, embedding deeply with partner organizations to build relationships with executives, product leaders, and GTM teams. Internally, the role involves coordinating across Flex’s Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing teams to support partner outcomes. As the model proves successful, the Director will hire, develop, and scale a team of strategic account leaders to expand this capability across Flex’s growing partnership portfolio.
