Flex is hiring a Director, Strategic Partnerships (New Verticals) to lead and expand a critical function focused on launching new enterprise partnerships, managing them as strategic accounts, and driving adoption and revenue growth. This role requires a blend of strategic problem-solving and strong relationship management. The Director will be the sole owner of partner success and commercial performance for high-stakes new vertical deals. Responsibilities include deeply embedding with partner organizations to build relationships with executives, product leaders, and GTM teams to foster joint adoption, reduce friction, and expand integration value. Internally, the role involves collaborating with Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Sales, and Marketing to support partner outcomes. As the model proves successful, the Director will be responsible for hiring, developing, and scaling a team of strategic account leaders to expand this capability across Flex’s growing partnership portfolio.
