About The Position

Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (“MOODK”) is a mid-sized, regional firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation matters, with offices in PA, NJ, NY, DE, and MD. They are currently seeking experienced attorneys to join their casualty litigation team. The firm offers a flexible, collegial, and collaborative environment, along with meaningful work that can expand professional experience.

Requirements

• Current and active Bar membership in good standing, in PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC and/or CT.
• Superior written and oral communications skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis.
• Familiarity with Case/File Management systems.

Nice To Haves

• Prior casualty litigation experience preferred but open to all candidates with relevant skills.
• The ability to track billable hours strongly preferred.
