About The Position
Aligned Talent Acquisition is conducting an opportunistic search and confidential career conversations for attorneys experienced in general liability, casualty defense, and complex civil litigation. The recruiter works with Am Law 50, 100, and 200 firms, as well as small and midsize firms, regional firms, and sophisticated boutiques across multiple markets. Relevant litigation experience matters more than the size of a candidate’s current firm. Requirements
- Experience in general liability, casualty defense, and complex civil litigation.
Responsibilities
- Handle premises liability, personal injury, property damage, and casualty litigation.
- Manage discovery, depositions, and dispositive motions.
- Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement exposure.
- Represent corporate clients, businesses, and insured parties.
- Participate in mediation, arbitration, hearings, and trial preparation.
