About The Position
Marks, O’Neill, O’Brien, Doherty & Kelly (“MOODK”) is a mid-sized, regional firm specializing in general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation matters. The firm has offices in PA, NJ, NY, DE, and MD and is currently seeking experienced attorneys to join its casualty litigation team. MOODK offers a flexible, collegial, and collaborative environment with meaningful work that can expand professional experience.
Requirements
- Current and active Bar membership in good standing in PA, NJ, NY, DE, MD, DC and/or CT.
- Superior written and oral communications skills.
- Strong organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and LexisNexis.
- Familiarity with Case/File Management systems.
Nice To Haves
- Prior casualty litigation experience.
- The ability to track billable hours strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Represent clients in casualty litigation matters.
- Manage a caseload of general liability, professional liability, and toxic tort litigation.
- Track billable hours.
