About The Position

The Casual Pool Specialist is an On Call/As Needed position which provides assistance and training to individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or consumers with mental illness on an as needed basis in their residential and/or day setting. This position is designed to provide quality services as guided by Positive Practices and Person Centered Planning. This position is directly responsible to the Director. Expectation that the Casual Pool Specialist will be flexible with their scheduled work hours in order to meet minimum staffing requirements at all programs. In the event of unforeseeable emergencies, staff may be required to stay until relief arrives. Requirements

  • High School Graduate/GED required.
  • Valid Drivers' License and the ability to drive a company van/vehicle
  • Computer skills necessary.
  • Pre-employment drug screening
  • Act 33,34, & 73 Clearances
  • You are able to create your schedule each month, as long as you work 4 shifts per month.
  • As needed.
