About The Position

Cast & Crew members provide guests with exceptional service at the Ambassador location. This role involves greeting guests, serving concessions, stocking stations, and maintaining cleanliness of various areas within the theater. For Alabama applicants aged 21+, responsibilities also include adhering to alcohol service policies, verifying legal drinking age, and managing bar stock.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.
Prior work experience is helpful but not required.
Be friendly and outgoing.
Ability to listen and follow directions.
Flexibility with scheduling – able to work holidays, nights, and weekends.
Great can-do attitude and willingness to work.
Ability to work in and collaborate with a team.
Dependable with attendance – your team and our guests need you!
Current Alabama RVP license preferred (Alabama applicants 21+).

Responsibilities

Greet guests with eye contact, a friendly smile, and a personable voice.
Welcome large groups of guests with a positive attitude.
Serve guests at concession, handling food while following safety and sanitation procedures.
Stock, check, and restock all condiment, grab and go’s, and concession stations.
Clean auditoriums, concession areas, arcades, and restrooms.
Remove trash, sweep, mop, wipe counters, tables, walls, and rails in a fast-paced manner.
Possess full knowledge of and adhere to Santikos’ Alcohol Service Policy and procedures (Alabama applicants 21+).
Verify guests are of legal drinking age to order alcoholic beverages (Alabama applicants 21+).
Accurately take and prepare guest orders (Alabama applicants 21+).
Maintain adequate stock levels in the bar area (Alabama applicants 21+).
