About The Position

This position works with the Casino Operations, CRM, and Player Support teams to ensure smooth promotional execution. The Casino Promotions Coordinator must be passionate about casino, technology, and ensuring customers have a world-class experience while interacting with our products and brands.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in online casino operations or a related casino role.
Must be able to stand or sit and operate computers for extended periods of time
Strong passion for casinos and gaming, with a commitment to delivering exceptional experiences.
Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of working independently.
Effective team player with strong collaboration skills.
Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
In this position, you may be required to obtain and maintain a license with one or more gaming regulatory agencies. It is a requirement of this position that you meet the relevant eligibility requirements, and you are eligible to obtain and hold such license at all times of your employment, whether you apply or not.

Responsibilities

Manage site content to ensure accurate and engaging promotional materials are displayed to players.
Provide clear and organized promotional details to customer service teams.
Collaborate with the Casino Promotions team to design unique, ROI-driven promotional experiences that enhance player engagement.
Create tasks for the creative team to develop promotional assets and ensure timely availability.
Work closely with the CRM team to brief them on upcoming promotions and ensure accurate, timely communication to the appropriate players.
Draft promotional terms and conditions with guidance from legal and compliance teams.
Coordinate with the Casino Operations team to select high-quality content for promotions and align game offerings with player eligibility.
Partner with the BI team to secure analytical support for promotional performance analysis.
Communicate upcoming promotions with marketing acquisition and partnership teams to ensure proper distribution and alignment.
Deliver an industry-leading experience to customers through seamless promotional execution.
Maintain operational readiness with open availability and a flexible schedule to address any promotional issues.
Perform other duties as assigned to support promotional and business objectives.
