About The Position

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, friendly, and fun environment within the casino. The role involves interacting positively with guests and employees, ensuring all areas are kept to a high standard of cleanliness, and handling various cleaning tasks including floor care, restroom maintenance, trash removal, and biohazard cleanup. The job also requires completing company-required training and performing other assigned duties.

Requirements

Zero to one-year experience in cleaning public buildings and/or facilities.
Knowledgeable in the operation of a vacuum cleaner, carpet extractor, walk behind scrubber, wet/dry vacuum, ladder, and a back-pack vacuum.
Knowledge of chemicals for cleaning and personal protective equipment.
Ability to read, follow instructions, and understand visual aids.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Valid Gaming license.
Must be able to receive and maintain all required certification.
Must complete all required company training.

Responsibilities

Ensure operating principles of Clean, Safe, Friendly, and Fun are adhered to at all times.
Interact positively with guests and employees, demonstrating resiliency and courtesy.
Clean all floors, windows, walls, stairs, and elevators.
Vacuum all floors.
Clean, disinfect, and restock all restrooms.
Mop floors around bars, restrooms, and entrances.
Remove all trash and debris from floors and trash cans, depositing trash in the compactor and cardboard in designated dumpsters.
Ensure the safety and security of guests and employees.
Perform containment, clean-up, and disposal of any and all biohazards throughout the property.
Complete all company-required training within designated time frames.
Perform other duties as assigned.
