About The Position

In this exciting role, you'll be the face of our VIP experience, cultivating relationships with premium players, creating personalized guest experiences, and helping drive the continued success of Tioga Downs Casino Resort. Every day brings something different—from hosting exclusive events and coordinating special outings to rewarding loyal guests and welcoming new players.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 2+ years of Casino Host or sales experience, OR High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of Casino Host or sales experience.
  • Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A polished, professional, and hospitality-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze customer data and make sound business decisions.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Availability to communicate with VIP guests outside of normal business hours when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with premium slot and table game players.
  • Deliver exceptional guest service that exceeds expectations and creates memorable experiences.
  • Recruit new VIP players while growing brand awareness throughout the community.
  • Develop customized offers, promotions, and rewards that increase guest loyalty.
  • Analyze player activity and profitability to make informed decisions on complimentary offers.
  • Welcome and assist guests in the VIP Lounge and support check-in operations as needed.
  • Plan, organize, and accompany guests on exclusive off-site events, including sporting events, golf outings, wine tours, concerts, and more.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Communicate regularly with VIP guests through phone, email, text, and in-person interactions.
  • Maintain detailed guest profiles and utilize player tracking technology to personalize service.
  • Stay knowledgeable about casino amenities, promotions, entertainment, and local attractions.
  • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of guest interactions.
  • Protect guest confidentiality and comply with all company policies and gaming regulations.
  • Champion our culture of fun, entertainment, and outstanding hospitality.
