About The Position

A Casino Host is a primary point of contact for the casino’s most valuable guests. The role focuses on building genuine relationships and ensuring guests have a positive experience during every visit. The Casino Host is visible on the casino floor, greets guests, and helps meet their needs. The position also involves managing complimentary offers based on guest play history and addressing disputes or complaints with the goal of a positive outcome.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of experience in casino operations or sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with high-end guests.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to assess needs and resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities with limited supervision.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and communicate with guests outside regular work hours.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and a valid driver’s license.

• Previous experience in a resort setting or a sales background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-end guests through phone calls, emails, texts, and in-person meetings to maximize gaming revenue.
• Be present on the casino floor to meet and greet guests, promote casino programs, and coordinate special events.
• Address and resolve guest disputes and complaints, aiming for satisfactory outcomes for guests and the company.
• Stay informed about casino promotions and events and use that knowledge to attract guests and encourage loyalty.
• Make informed decisions about complimentary offers based on guests’ gaming history and profitability.
• Maintain the confidentiality of player information.
