About The Position

As a Casino Host, you'll be at the heart of the action, building meaningful relationships with our valued guests while delivering world-class hospitality and personalized service. In this dynamic role, you'll serve as an ambassador of our brand, connecting with guests on the casino floor, hosting exciting promotions and special events, and ensuring every VIP experience exceeds expectations. You'll use your networking skills, relationship-building abilities, and business savvy to grow player loyalty while helping drive the success of our property.

Requirements

Ability to obtain and maintain a Louisiana Gaming Permit.
Strong communication, networking, telemarketing, and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable working flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.
Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining guest confidentiality.

Nice To Haves

Two years of experience in guest services, sales, hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred.
Casino, hotel, luxury hospitality, player development, or account management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with enthusiasm and provide exceptional service from arrival to departure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP players and valued guests.
Promote player rewards programs and encourage guest enrollment.
Host guests during special events, promotions, and exclusive experiences.
Partner with Marketing, Player Development, Table Games, Slots, and other departments to create seamless guest experiences.
Make thoughtful complimentary decisions based on guest play and loyalty.
Identify new opportunities to grow business and attract high-value players.
Stay current on industry trends and competitive offerings to enhance the guest experience.
Resolve guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and confidence.
Deliver personalized, real-time service that keeps guests coming back.
