About The Position

A Casino Host is the primary point of contact for the casino’s most valuable guests, building genuine relationships and helping ensure an excellent experience on every visit. The role is visible on the casino floor, where the host greets guests, promotes casino programs, and helps coordinate special events. The host manages complimentary offers based on guests’ gaming histories and profitability, handles disputes and complaints, and maintains the confidentiality of player information. The position requires varied-shift availability, including weekends and holidays, and communication with guests outside regular work hours.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree and 0–2 years of experience in casino operations or sales, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with high-end guests.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to assess needs and resolve issues effectively.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage priorities with limited supervision.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, and communicate with guests outside regular work hours.
• Ability to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with high-end guests through calls, emails, texts, and in-person meetings to maximize gaming revenue.
• Meet and greet guests on the casino floor, promote casino programs, and coordinate special events.
• Address and resolve guest disputes and complaints, seeking satisfactory outcomes for guests and the company.
• Stay current on casino promotions and events to attract guests and encourage loyalty.
• Make informed decisions about complimentary offers based on guests’ gaming history and profitability.
• Maintain the confidentiality of player information.
