About The Position

The Live! Casino & Hotel Management Development Program is an opportunity for recent college graduates interested in building a career in hospitality, gaming, and entertainment. The Hospitality & Gaming Operations Management Associate participates in a comprehensive leadership development program designed to prepare high-potential individuals for future management opportunities. The program combines hands-on operational experience, leadership development, executive mentorship, and business education. Through structured rotations across operational and support departments—including casino and slot operations, table games, hotel operations, guest services, food and beverage, marketing, player development, finance, human resources, entertainment, and special events—Associates learn how departments work together to deliver guest experiences, maintain operational excellence, and achieve business results. Associates work with colleagues from frontline teams through senior leadership and build leadership skills through coaching, mentorship, project work, and operational assignments. Associates must complete all phases of the program to be considered for future leadership opportunities. The role requires a flexible schedule in a 24/7 casino environment, including shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnights as required by rotations. The position is based in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where smoking is allowed and employees may be exposed to alcohol, cigarette and cigar smoke, bright lights, and loud noise.
