Able to successfully perform at multiple culinary workstations and venues, ensuring the efficiency of the line and kitchen operation on a scheduled shift in accordance with specifications and standards. Will receive assignment directives from the Chef Tournant to report up though the Sous Chef and/or Restaurant Chef while performing assigned duties in a specified venue or kitchen. Promotes the following within the department and among all employees: Creates an atmosphere of fun for all casino guests. Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all employees, by setting positive examples at all times.
