About The Position

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests and staff. Deliver friendly, professional, and timely customer service. Maintain cleanliness of the bar, equipment, and guest areas. Accurately process cash and POS transactions. Stock supplies and complete assigned side work. Engage with guests, promote events, and recommend products and rewards programs. Monitor for underage gambling and enforce policies (e.g., Project 21). Follow all company, safety, and regulatory procedures. Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient operations.

Requirements

• Previous bartending or bar-related experience preferred (2+ years ideal)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Cash handling and POS experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Outgoing personality with ability to engage guests and drive business
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Able to pass a drug test and background check
