About The Position

LAZ Parking is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized cashier in Hollywood, California. The role focuses on providing guests with a memorable experience through attentive customer service, clear communication, accurate valet-ticket processing, and reliable handling of payments and cash. Previous hospitality experience is desired. This is a part-time position requiring weekend and late-night work. The starting rate is $19.00 per hour, and the position is classified as non-exempt and tipped.

Responsibilities

Ask guests about their needs.
Communicate with supervisors and direct valets to assist with guests’ needs.
Enter and exit valet tickets in the system software.
Verify that all information has been gathered and recorded on valet tickets.
Process customer payments accurately and complete transaction steps effectively.
Perform daily LAZ Parking-to-client report audits.
Count the register and make necessary deposits each shift, handling cash and other transactions.
Ensure integrity and accuracy in cash handling.
Prepare end-of-day shift reports and receipts.
Direct guests to their intended destinations.
Maintain a clean and organized workplace.
Meet company standards outlined in the employee handbook.
Pass shift information to the next cashier.
