About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and efficient Cashier to join our team at the new Haagen-Dazs, Auntie Anne's, and Cinnabon store located at 320 MGM Underground, Las Vegas, NV 89109. This is a full-time/part-time position with varying shifts. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for handling monetary transactions accurately, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. We offer competitive pay ($16.50-$17.00/hr plus tips) and company benefits. All new hires will undergo a 180-day introductory period where performance will be evaluated.

Requirements

English comprehension skills for safety, job instructions, policy, and guest service.
Ability to stand, walk, sit, touch, climb, lift, and see for extended periods (8 hours+).
Ability to regularly and safely lift and move boxes, supplies, and materials weighing 25 lbs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy, and sometimes limited movement environment.
Ability to maintain sanitation, food safety, and other food service environment requirements.

Responsibilities

Be in proper uniform at all times (nametag, pants, hat, etc.) and wear a clean uniform.
Be punctual and adhere to attendance policies, following call-in procedures for absences.
Handle monetary transactions accurately, including counting back change and following cash/credit card procedures.
Greet guests warmly, thank them for their orders, and invite them back.
Listen carefully to guests, take orders, and repeat them for accuracy.
Suggestively sell products and explain promotions or offers.
Explain pager and numbering systems.
Keep the work area clean, neat, and free of personal items on counters.
Maintain a clean, stocked, and fresh-looking display case.
Follow side duties assigned by management.
Clean as you go, ensuring your area is presentable.
Have fun while working.
