This position is responsible for delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in shopping and finding products, and ensuring a fast and friendly checkout experience. The role also involves completing truck unloading, merchandise duties, and maintaining store recovery standards to uphold the Brand Promises. Additionally, the cashier will engage customers about the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, educate them on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey, and assist with Omni channel processes like Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Participation in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes is also required, along with performing Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties. The role supports shrink and safety programs, adheres to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs, and interacts positively with others, promoting the organization's vision and values. This position is cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production and may have other duties assigned.
