About The Position

Wings 'N More Express is seeking a Cashier to provide guest service and support front-of-house operations at its Conroe location. The role involves greeting guests, handling orders and inquiries, processing sales and payments, preparing beverage orders, addressing basic customer issues, and maintaining clean, stocked dining and service areas.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests.
• Handle orders and inquiries.
• Ring in sales through the POS/register system.
• Ask guests about add-on sales.
• Collect payment.
• Verify the age of guests requesting beer or wine and fill beverage orders.
• Resolve low-level customer issues efficiently and with a good attitude.
• Keep the counter clean and stocked.
• Clean tables, chairs, doors, windows, and the dining room floor.
• Maintain the front trash can, clean the exterior, and empty trash cans.
• Clean and stock the bathrooms.
