About The Position

The Cashier at Wings 'N More Express Conroe provides guest service and handles front-counter orders and payments. The role includes operating the POS/register system, supporting beverage orders, resolving basic customer issues, and keeping the counter and dining areas clean, stocked, and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests.
• Handle orders and inquiries.
• Ring in sales through the POS/register system.
• Ask guests about add-on sales.
• Collect payments.
• Verify the age of guests requesting beer or wine and fill beverage orders.
• Resolve low-level customer issues efficiently and with a positive attitude.
• Keep the counter clean and stocked.
• Clean tables, chairs, doors, windows, and the dining room floor.
• Maintain the front trash can, clean the exterior, and empty trash cans.
• Clean and stock bathrooms.
