About The Position

A concessions cashier is responsible for accurately taking orders and payments, providing good customer service, keeping the stand clean and stocked, and helping ensure fast and efficient service. Requirements

• Operating the cash register/POS system and entering orders accurately.
• Handling payments and providing receipts when needed.
• Providing friendly customer service and answering questions about menu items and prices.
• Following food-safety and sanitation procedures.
• Working efficiently during busy periods to keep lines moving and reduce wait times.
• Balancing the register and following cash-handling procedures at the end of the shift.
• Working as part of a team with other concession workers, supervisors, and kitchen staff.

• Preparing or assisting with simple food and beverage items when required.
• Keeping the concessions stand, counter and service area clean and organized. (including sweeping and mopping of location)
• Restocking items such as snacks, cups, napkins, condiments, and beverages.
• Monitoring inventory and notifying supervisors when supplies are running low.
