About The Position

AAA Parking is hiring a Cashier at the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort in Marco Island, Florida. The schedule varies based on location needs and requires flexibility to work afternoons, overnight shifts, and weekends. The position pays $16.00–$17.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to handle issues proactively and strategically.
• Successful completion of a background check.
• Basic proficiency in English and math.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds and carry up to 10 pounds.
• Flexibility to work afternoons, overnight shifts, and weekends.
• Adherence to AAA Parking’s uniform and appearance standards.
• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with guests, hotel staff, and co-workers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process payment transactions accurately and efficiently, provide correct change, and record transactions.
• Handle and post tickets for self-parking and valet services.
• Operate a computer terminal or cash register, depending on the location.
• Answer guest phone calls and assist with requests, such as retrieving cars or items.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions, and points of interest.
• Keep the valet area clean and organized.
• Prepare daily station reports using data from the parking management system.
• Accurately post charges to guest rooms and track tickets and keys.
