About The Position

Mission Yogurt is seeking Cashiers for our Grab and Go Counter at Timberline Steaks & Grille, opening soon at the Denver Airport. The Cashier is responsible for accurately processing customer orders and payments while providing friendly, efficient service. This role helps maintain an organized front-of-house area and ensures a smooth, positive experience for every guest in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Ability to perform in a multi-tasking environment and work creatively with limited resources.
• Must have excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
• Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction.
• Contributes to a positive work environment through enthusiasm, dedication, and responsiveness.
• Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system accurately and efficiently.
• Availability and willingness to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous experience as a cashier, team member, or in a customer service role.
• Strong customer service skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Must have basic food preparation skills or a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Ensures the safety and security of both guests and team members
• Accurately handles cash transactions and processes payments using the POS system, making sure the drawer remains balanced throughout the shift.
• Assess work-related issues in a professional manner and exercise honest, unbiased judgment.
• Collaborates with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
• Address customer concerns and escalate to management if necessary.
• Assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed, including taking orders, answering customer questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Clean and sanitize the cashier area regularly, especially during peak times and after customer transactions, and assist with other small tasks as needed.
• Restock supplies and ensure inventory is well-maintained.
• Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.
