About The Position

Mission Yogurt is seeking experienced, driven, and hospitality-focused bartenders to join our team at Timberline Steaks & Grille, opening soon at the Denver Airport. Selected candidates will begin employment on or after November 1, 2026, as we prepare for our grand reopening. The Bartender prepares and serves quality beverages, provides excellent guest service, maintains a clean bar area, and follows all safety and alcohol service guidelines while supporting a positive team environment.

Requirements

At least one year of Bartending experience.
Prior experience working in a full-service location is strongly preferred.
Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction.

Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices.
Ensures all operating and quality standards are met.

Ensures safety and security of both guests and team members.
Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.

Responsibilities

Prepares and serves quality beverages.
Provides excellent guest service.
Maintains a clean bar area.
Follows all safety and alcohol service guidelines.
Supports a positive team environment.
Making alcoholic beverages by using the tools and equipment given to ensure portioning and quality are under control, as well as ensuring taste quality is up to company and customer standards.
Taking guests' drink orders at the dining room and/or bar counter and placing them in the POS system.
Delivering food and drink orders to customers.
Keeping the bar counter or assigned working area clean and organized. These areas include tables, chairs, trash cans, bar equipment, floors, walls, etc.
Stock all products needed during the shift and at the end of it to ensure the next shift is set for success.
Offer the best service to guests and ensure guest satisfaction with great quality products and services.
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers.
Must be able to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.
