About The Position

The Supervisor Cashier is accountable for all cash and electronic transactions and is responsible for ensuring that all transactions are processed and reconciled accurately. This position trains new associates on Point of Sale (POS) systems, conducts cash drawer counts with the outgoing shift lead to verify accurate balances and reporting, and checks in with cashiers throughout the shift to assist with cash drops and change requests. The Supervisor Cashier provides excellent customer service, assists patrons with questions and information, prepares operations for the next shift, conducts money audits and supply checks, verifies that cashiers have all required paperwork, and helps maintain a clean, safe, and customer-focused work environment while ensuring high levels of service and customer satisfaction.
