Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
No experience required; on-the-job training provided

Nice To Haves

One (1) year of similar experience preferred

Responsibilities

Maintains a high standard of customer service
Complete all company and airport customer service training
Responsible for processing all transaction through the cashier terminal
Responsible for accurately collecting parking fees and making change
Responsible for providing routine information to the public
Responsible for verifying retrievals (drops)
Maintains all records required (tickets, logs, credit card tickets, etc.)
Responsible for getting a supervisor’s approval on all exception tickets, not to include validations with proper credentials attached.
Responsible for assisting AVI customers
Responsible for training of new hires and maintaining the training checklist
Keeps assigned booth clean and stocked with normal operation supplies
Responsible for cash variances for his/her respective shift
Direct traffic as needed
Adherence and maintain all company and airport safety training
All other duties as may be assigned due to operational necessity
