Requirements

• Proven experience in cash handling and customer service
• Strong leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing staff performance
• Excellent communication abilities for managerial decision-making and team coordination
• Familiarity with operations management, budgeting, and event logistics
• Skilled in supervising shift operations, guest services, and operational workflows
• Technical proficiency with point-of-sale systems
• Demonstrated ability to make managerial decisions swiftly while maintaining a positive team atmosphere

Responsibilities

• Supervise cashier staff during shifts, ensuring efficient transaction processing and excellent customer service
• Oversee cash handling procedures, including balancing tills, managing float allocations, and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions
• Coordinate with event management teams to facilitate smooth entry and exit processes for guests
• Train and mentor staff on operational protocols, customer service standards, and safety procedures
• Monitor guest interactions to uphold high standards of hospitality and resolve any issues promptly
• Prepare detailed reports on daily sales, cash discrepancies, and operational activities for management review
• Manage shift schedules, assign duties, and oversee staff supervision to ensure optimal coverage during events
