About The Position
Army Navy Country Club is seeking seasonal cashiers in our Stars and Stripes restaurant. As a cashier, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our members. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest's needs are met with attention to detail and care. Your commitment to excellence in service, along with your positive attitude and professionalism, will help ensure that every dining experience is memorable.
Requirements
- Must have basic communication skills.
- Must be 16 years old or older
- Ability to lift 50lbs and be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Must be comfortable with working outdoors and in extreme weather conditions
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders to our members and guests accurately
- Taking accurate orders from the members at the counter
- Double check order to ensure quality and correctness
- Communicate with server orders that are ready to be served
- Follow up with additional member requests and issues
- Making soft drinks and smoothies
- Keeping the dining room and outside patio clean
- Take orders and carry trays to deliver food to the member once a food order has been prepared by the kitchen.
- Take and fill drink orders
- Keep the dining room and outside patio clean and tidy
- Take orders as well as run food to tables
